Would you like to have more peace in your life? Less anxiety? Less stress? The serenity prayer is a time-tested prayer or meditation used by millions worldwide to reflect daily on their life. You don’t have to have faith to apply it. When you learn it, and learn to meditate on each line the words come to life for you and lead to positive actions and reduced stress. In this video, Gary and Randy bring each line of the prayer to life, allowing the meaning and substance of the words to penetrate your thought process deeply. 

Making this video work for you

  1. We suggest memorizing the serenity prayer and make a daily habit of using it to help guide choices you make each day. It may be helpful to review this video every day for 1 week to assist you in that learning process.
  2. List 2 things that are causing you anxiety that cannot change. Why are you spending time and energy worrying about them?
  3. List 2 things that are causing you anxiety that you can change. What goals can you set and change you can begin that will make your life better?
